Customer Satisfaction Survey

Melanie & Glenn completed a Customer Satisfaction Survey regarding their recent experience with Jim Barber. The results are shown below.

The borrower was asked to rank their experience using the following 1-to-5 scale where 1 is Poor or Unsatisfactory, 2 is Adequate, 3 is Satisfactory, 4 is Better than Expected and 5 is Excellent.

Additional Comments: Your company should be thankful for having Jim Barber. He is a professional in every sense of the word. He delivered exactly what he said he could and in an extremely short period of time. Thank you Jim for all you did. I would and will recommend him and your company to everyone in the market. Jim be proud of yourself in knowing what a true professional you are. Again thank you!!
